Agile and Scrum Onsite Corporate Training

Agile and Scrum Onsite Corporate Training

Agiletraining.co has been providing various agile and scrum onsite corporate training programs for years now for a range of companies including the likes of American Express, USPS, Rockwell Automation, SAIC, Kaiser Permanente, Booz Allen along with an array of others.

Here are the three different options available for onsite corporate programs:

Standard Certification Program

Get your employees enrolled in our different certification programs wherein we will conduct standard certification courses in your premises. We currently offer following certification programs:

Although most of the course content is kept standard, we are open for doing a custom case study by taking one of your existing software applications from your current project that your associates are working on. This is done at no extra cost. Adding such real world case studies in agile training programs adds a lot of value, and further, associates are better able to relate the concepts and use them in real world immediately after the course.

We also offer special discounted pricing on our standard certification program based on the class size.

Custom Workshop or Training Programs

Most agile teams do not perform at their peak due to several reasons unknown to management, scrum masters, and agile coaches. A fresh set of experienced eyes can make a big difference. If your current agile team(s) is struggling in some of the areas, we can put together a custom workshop or training class for the group. The workshop will be laser focused on the issue on hand and we would make sure that the teams feel confident in their weak areas and carry out a better job.
Custom training programs can last between half a day and 3 days depending on team size and complexity of the issue. Typically follow up class or coaching may be required depending on the situation.

Here are few ideas of the type of workshop we can organize:

  • Evaluate and Improve Scrum Team Performance
  • Effective Requirement Gathering using User Story and Acceptance Certeria
  • Product Backlog Grooming and Prioritization
  • Agile Estimation for the Development team
  • Conduct Effective Release Planning
  • Improve Team Retrospectives
  • Agile Program Management

Management Seminar

It is not enough that management commit themselves to quality and productivity, they must know what it is they must do.Such a responsibility cannot be delegated.
W. Edwards Deming

Senior Management has huge responsibility when it comes to Agile Transformation for the entire company. This is the reason why management and executives should have a clear understanding on why they are following certain agile methodologies and what are some of the best practices to follow. It is not only the responsibility of team working on a certain project to move towards agility but is rather a combined effort of the whole enterprise. And this is the reason why certain organizational habits should be inculcated in all the departments of the enterprise for a conducive growth. Agiletraining.co can host on-site or offsite seminars to the senior management to help their organization achieve enterprise agility and not just IT department.

I really liked the usage of real-life scenario w/ application to the course material. The presentation slides were just detailed enough for me to grasp the concepts.
