SAFe course for Scrum Master
This two-day course is for people who are currently in the role of Scrum Master or want to pursue it in the future. This course is different from the traditional Scrum Master training where the focus is on the Agile team, but this training focuses on the servant-leadership role. SAFe 4.6 Scrum Master training embraces the servant leadership role at all levels – team, program, and enterprise. The course provides intrinsic insights into the role of Scrum Master during PI planning, Iteration execution, coaching the team, facilitating cross-functional team communication and collaboration.
With a custom case study, AgileTraining.Co brings real-world experience while exploring practical ways of building a high performing Agile team and delivering maximum business value.
Learning a new way of thinking about project management. I really liked day 2 when we were able to apply learning.
Student guide is easy to understand. Instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to provide simple understandable case scenarios to assist me with understanding / learning process.
I liked the format and how the instructor was able to set the pace based on our group. WSJF exercise was helpful.
I liked the content of the SAFe course, terminologies and the way it was presented. The case study helped in understanding the whole picture of SAFe. Would have preferred more examples on some of the concepts and some more detailed case study.
I liked that the instructor. Plenty of detailed examples to support key concepts. He also encouraged questions and discussions which helped reinforce learning.
I liked the hands-on portions of the training.(Games and case study). Add more hands-on portions and slides, although information can be monotonous
Gourab was well informed and kept the focus on getting us to what we want. A comprehensive understanding rather than teaching to the test.
Very interactive, instructor open to discussion of new ideas and adaption to our needs. Up-front investment of instructor (before class) in specific needs of company would have been helpful.
