Agile teams power the Agile Release Train (ART), and therefore, the two are inseparable. An Agile team is primarily responsible for achieving the organization’s goal of moving to complete Lean-Agile development. Their work is to estimate the size and complexity of the work, commit to the work to complete in an iteration, and then execute the iteration. Therefore, every member of the agile team must have the proper knowledge and skills to perform their role. This two-day course is exclusively designed for team members who apply Lean and Agile methodologies at scale. It empowers them with the required skillsets for high performance.
The learning objective of the training is to understand the concept of SAFe including underlying principles and values, Agile Release Train (ART), Agile Process (Scrum, Kanban, or XP), and how to deliver value regardless of the Agile processes the team employs. Attendees will also learn to write epics, break them down into features and stories, plan and execute iterations, and execute the PI.
