This two-day course is exclusively designed for the current Scrum Masters who wish to advance their Servant-leadership with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). It will help Scrum Masters in facilitating the Agile team, program planning, execution, and creating a community of practice.

The Advanced Scrum Master course will empower the Scrum Masters in cross-team interactions to support program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm by including:

  • an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices
  • how Kanban can be used to facilitate the flow of value
  • supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts

Fees: Included in course fees. Must complete test within 30 days of course completion.
Exam Format: Multiple Choice
Exam Delivery: Online
Exam Access: Participants can access the exam using the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the SAFe 6.0 Advanced Scrum Master course.
Exam Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours)
Number of Questions: 60
Passing Score: 44 out of 60 (73%)

Exam Retake: Each retake attempt costs $50. Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.
Certification Renewal: SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master certification needs to be renewed annually. Renewal fee is $100.
